Knowledgeable. Passionate. Efficient. All these things and more! We had the pleasure of listing our home for sale with Kristie Bledsoe in the beginning of 2022. Her knowledge of the market and her willingness to go above and beyond in every aspect of the process took the pain and frustration of selling off of our shoulders. Driving to our house at 11pm in the snow just to pick up signed documents is what I mean by going above and beyond. She worked hard marketing our property, bringing in potential buyers, offered open houses and even met others on site when their agent couldn't attend. When it came time to wrap up our negotiations Kristie really put in the extra time to make sure all the T's were crossed and I's were dotted. But the headstrong “lets just get this done approach” she took was what it took to make all this possible for four families. We did purchase a estate home in five acres through her as well. This is not a house but a home because Kristie really listened to just not the words we were saying but understood what life and feeling we were expecting from what we be our last home we hope to enjoy many grand children.
